If you create a listing, we collect listing details such as title, price, property type, area, story count, description, photos, and location coordinates. If you use messaging, we collect message content and related conversation information.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, display public listings, allow users to contact listers, protect the app from abuse, provide support, and improve the product.

Public Listing Information

Listing details are intended to be publicly visible. Public listing pages may show the price, title, property type, area, approximate location, lister name, phone number, and profile photo. Exact saved coordinates are used for listing placement but are not intended to be displayed publicly.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for database and authentication, Resend for email delivery, map providers for map tiles and geolocation-related display, hosting providers, CDN providers, and Google Play services for Android distribution.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information as long as needed to provide the app and comply with legal or safety obligations. You can request account or listing deletion by emailing gharjaggabazaar@subamati.com from the email address connected to your account. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion request page.

Children

Ghar Jagga Bazaar is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
