Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Ghar Jagga Bazaar account and associated data by contacting Subamati Ventures.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to hello@subamati.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
2. Send the email from the email address associated with your Ghar Jagga Bazaar account. If that is not possible, include your registered phone number in the email body.
3. We may ask for limited verification to confirm that you own the account before deleting account data.

Data We Delete

After verification, we delete or permanently anonymize your account identity data, including your name, phone number, email-linked account information, authentication ID, and profile photo. We also remove your active property listings, listing images, listing location data, favorites, and app messages from active use.

Data We May Keep

We may keep limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute-resolution, or tax compliance reasons. If any financial or transaction records exist, they are retained only for the period required by applicable law. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be fully removed from our systems.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are reviewed within 30 days after we verify account ownership. Public listing information is removed from active public view as part of the deletion process.
